Two Democratic Party supporters Ronald Bbosa and James Ssewakambo are nursing paining bullet wounds after they were shot during the chaotic mayoral polls at the St. Joseph’s Katabi primary school polling station on Wednesday. The chaotic incident erupted after the two DP diehards exchanged bitterly with the Katabi NRM Chairman Kasamba Abdul Majid after they suspected him of plotting a foul game. However the situation turned bloody after some unidentified DP Supporters started pelting stones and beer bottles at military cops who were monitoring the voting process at the polling station. The military cops out of self defence fired warning bullets in the air but the DP Supporters refused to back off and kept pelting stones and bottles plus accusing them of plotting to sneak in pre-ticked ballots.
During the bloody chaotic incident Ronald Bbosa was shot in the left leg and has been admitted to Entebbe Grade ‘A’ Hospital while James Ssewakambo was rushed to Mulago Hospital in critical condition after he was shot in the lower abdomen.

The Entebbe Police Station CIID Boss Joseph Sentamu confirmed the bloody incident and said that the matter is under investigation. He said that police has recorded statements from a couple of witnesses and all those responsible will face the law.
