The Entebbe Airport Cargo Clearing Boss Christopher Kadaya is having sleepless nights and intensifying paining ulcers after his estranged wife identified as Sylivia Kirabo and son Brian Kadaya finally walking out of jail. Both Sylivia Kirabo and her son Brian Kadaya were each granted a two million cash bail (Shs2m) on Wednesday by the Entebbe Chief Magistrate Mary Kaitesi Lukwago and will return on April 4, 2018 for hearing of the Arson charges.
Both Sylivia Kirabo and her son Brian Kadaya were arrested by Entebbe Police officers on Arson charges and remanded to Kigo Prison in late January for close to one and half months after they were accused by Chris Kadaya of setting his chicken house on fire located at his residence in Lyamutunde village, Mpala zone in Katabi Town Council early last year in 2017.
However Sylivia Kirabo and Brian Kadaya maintain that they were framed by Chris Kadaya and his new wife Patricia Kauma and are totally innocent.
Entebbenews has since learnt that Kadaya Christopher developed serious misunderstandings with his wife Sylvia Kirabo after he hooked up Patricia Kauma a couple of years ago.
“When Chris Kadaya hooked up Patricia Kauma, he started mistreating his wife and eventually threw her out of their marital home and brought in Patricia Kauma. Kirabo Sylvia occupied one of the boys’ quarters but eventually left the home because she was feeling very uncomfortable and she is residing with one of her in-laws. Though Kadaya Chris was legally married to Kirabo Sylvia, he fathered so many kids with different women and Kirabo Sylvia being a born again managed to stomach all that and looked after all the children”, a reliable source revealed.
The source revealed that Kirabo Sylvia discovered that Chris Khadaya was constructing a house in the village in Luwero District and that he wanted her to go and reside there. Two years ago according to a reliable source, Kirabo got help from FIDA and she successfully blocked Kadaya Chris from selling their marital home.
“Chris Kadaya got annoyed with Sylvia Kirabo after she got help from FIDA and successfully blocked him from selling their marital home. The whole fire incident at his residence is full of so many inconsistencies and by the time the incident happened Kirabo Sylvia was no longer residing there. He is just framing Kirabo Sylvia. So many family meetings chaired by the Entebbe Police community Liaison Officer (CLO) Tenywa Johnson and Lyamutunde LC1 Chairperson Mr. Bukenya have sat to resolve the family wrangles but nothing positive has come out of them”, revealed the source.
Meanwhile the entire neighbourhood in Lyamutunde village including the LC1 Chairman Mr. Bukenya, St. Apollo church congregation, FIDA, Entebbe Airport cargo clearing fraternity, children, relatives and friends have all condemned Chris Kadaya’s action of jailing his estranged wife Kirabo Sylivia and son Brian Kadaya.
“It’s very absurd that Chris Kadaya has mistreated Kirabo Sylivia to such an extent of throwing her in jail for close to a month in Kigo Prison and yet she stood by him through thick and thin. Whoever tries to stand up to Chris Kadaya, he intimidates and threatens them and as a result people no longer want to associate with him including his own children. FIDA has vowed to stand with Kirabo Sylivia and offer her all the necessary support to ensure that she gets Justice”, a source close to Chris Kadaya’s family revealed.
