Special Forces Commander, Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba has hailed the elite force for its “self-reliant spirit” which he said was unprecedented. Muhoozi spoke this Friday while commissioning several SFC structures built by the force’s construction regiment. “Every few months we commission structures which is a good thing,” said Muhoozi.
