Lamech Kisitu, a 25 year old Notorious Robber in Mpala zone, Katabi Town Council is cursing why he was born to suffer in the world after he was arrested over stealing several electronic items from Immaculate Kampi’s residence on Wednesday. The notorious thug smartly sneaked into Immaculate Kampi’s residence at around 7:30pm on Wednesday and on returning home, she entered the house and found the fella busy packing stuff including DVD Player, Laptop, remote control plus other electronic gadgets in his bag. She immediately screamed and the neighbours came to her rescue. The fella tried to vanish into thin air but he was arrested by some strong boys while he attempted to flee the scene. Police rushed to the scene and arrested the fella who is behind bars at Mpala Police Post.
The Mpala OC Station Joseph Sekitoleko confirmed the arrest and detention of Lamech Kisitu and said that he is a notorious robber in Mpala and has several pending cases and files because he has been stealing and selling Mobile Phones. Sekitoleko disclosed that Lamech Kisitu has been on Police watch list and will be charged with theft of House hold items under SD REF 17/23/08/2017.
