A Boda Boda rider identified as Tom Katongole a resident of Nakigalala, Sissa Sub county is cursing why he was born to suffer after he was caged behind bars in Kigo Prison over raping a 17 year old girl identified as Eve Nakayiza, a former student at St. Jude High School Gayaza. The horny Boda Boda rider was sentenced to seven (7) years in Kigo Prison by Chief Magistrate Mary Kaitesi last week after three witnesses pinned down the fella over the incident. The three witnesses including a one Kibirige a mechanic revealed that on April 22, 2015 Katongole offered the poor school girl a free ride on his Boda Boda when he found her stranded at Kajjansi Stage waiting for Taxis at around 10pm. The poor school girl innocently accepted the free lift after she was delayed by Taxis and was waiting for her elder sister to pick her up from the stage. On their way the crafty Boda Boda rider picked up a passenger identified as Kibirige a motor cycle mechanic who later disembarked from the Boda Boda after he had arrived at his destination.
Katongole later sped off with the girl and when he reached a tea estate he ordered the girl to undress and spread her legs for him to quench his raging sexual thirst. The poor innocent girl fought tooth and nail with the crook until when he wrestled her down, tied her hands, legs plus her mouth to avoid making noise and did the awful act. And after quenching his sex-thirst the crook vanished into thin air on his Boda Boda.
The poor girl crawled with a lot of pain back to the road side and was helped by a sympathizer and a Good Samaritan who offered her shelter and later reported the incident to the police authorities who later tracked down and arrested Katongole. Upon extensive medical check-ups, Nakayiza was found HIV negative, heavily ballooned with wounds and bruises in her genitals and on the neck. To make matters worse the foxy fella who has been on remand in Kigo Prison for 11 months pissed off Chief Magistrate Mary Kaitesi after he started fooling around in the dock.
“For that matter I find you guilty as charged, you have ruined the girl’s life and you have caused emotional distress and made her stop going to school” Kaitesi stated in her judgement.
