City Businessman and  Victoria  Café  Beach Boss , Peter  Gukina  is in trouble  over   erecting  a multi  billion  hotel  facility  at  the Lake Victoria  shores  next  to  the  former  Ssese  Gateway beach in Entebbe. The  beach proprietor  was  on  Tuesday  stopped  by  local authorities  and  Entebbe  police  from  erecting a  perimeter wall  fence  at  his  hotel  facility over looking  the Lake Victoria shores.  The  Entebbe Police DPC Godfrey  Ninsiima  suspended  all  the developments at  the beach facility after the  tycoon fenced  off   the  lake shore to stop  revelers from  walking  into  the  beach facility  without  paying any coin. By  Peacock  Kaweesa A  Senior  United  Nations  Top  Boss  at   the  regional  service base  in  Entebbe has  been  summoned  to  Entebbe  court   after  he   knocked  down  a  couple   on  a  boda   boda  bike  in  December  2012.  Youssouf  Boukary, 41years   knocked  down  Ssebagala  Joseph,28years  and  Nambalirwa  Winnie,23years, while they on  a  boda boda  at the  Express Supermarket  while  cruising a white  United  Nations  Toyota  prado  no. UN 1886   in Entebbe. The  UN  boss   knocked  the  couple  while  making  a  U-turn  at the  supermarket. The   couple  was  rushed  to  Entebbe Hospital  where  they  spent   a couple   of  months  bedridden  .But  to make  matters  worse, ever   since   the  couple  was  discharged  from  hospital  with  chocking  medical  bills, the  accused has never visited  them nor appeared  in court  to face  the law. Father wiland Katende has decried the declining morals in today’s children and put the entire blame on parents who have abandoned their responsibilities for disciplining and counseling their children.
