Uganda’s first professional roast show, The Comedy Grill of Anne Kansiime, will transform the comedy scene. The event will take place at Sheraton Gardens on May 9th, 2025.
The comedy queen, Anne Kansiime, will be the center of the heat, roasted by a hot lineup of some of Uganda’s favorite celebrities.
Hosted by Tuwangye Richard and Deedan Muyiira, the event promises to blend raw humor with brilliant performances from different comedians, celebrities, and some influential people.
The grill will feature a stellar lineup of Grill Chefs, including Salvador, Madrat, and Chiko, Daniel Omara, Nana Kagga, GNL Zamba, and media personalities like Sheilah Gashumba, Prim Asiimwe, and Gaetano Kaggwa.
Former Minister Dr. Miria Matembe will also be among the Grill chefs at this event. Together with Anne Kansiime, this cast will roast and entertain the guests.
