Rising musician Victor Ruz, real name Wajja Victor, has expressed his dissatisfaction with his management, who he says have held back and refused to release his music.

In a video circulating on social media, Victor Ruz cried foul, stating that his management, led by Manager Joseph Zamba, is holding back his career.

The youngster emphasized that there was no internal conflict, as he had no known issues with his management. He recalls the last project they worked on together, which they released was the ‘Tattoo’ song, which dropped in 2023.

Since then, they have worked on recording music, collaborated with various artists, planned releases, and invested a substantial amount of money in video production. However, all the songs ultimately failed to get released.

“I have no problem with my management,t and I thank them for being with me the whole time. We have been working but it was not yielding because we have not been releasing the music. We do not have any serious issues that prevent us from releasing the music. I just don’t understand why,” he said.

    Victor Ruz,

Victor Ruz, who was visibly frustrated, explained that he had tried reaching out to Manager Zamba to find out why they were not dropping any new projects, but had never received a response.

He feels that this is a waste of his time, career, and talent, which he seriously considers his business.

“I’m just there, and it is silly not to know your next move. I can’t go on like this. All I want is us to drop and promote the music we used to do,” he said.

Victor Ruz further stated that the songs he released, such as “Nsembeza” and “Finally ft. Gloria Bugie, among others, has been from a solo effort without the help of his management. This explains why he has not done any media tours and interviews to promote them.

He noted that he decided to go public about his problems with his management as a way of explaining to his fans why he wasn’t giving them any new projects.

“I want to give my fans the music but they do not want the music to be there. It is not my fault. I compose every day. I thank God for that but the gift that God gave me isn’t being used rightfully. I’m not recording the music for myself; the gift has to be shared with the entire world. Is that too much to ask?” he questioned.
