Kiconco revealed that the groups are being used by other notorious fellas to break into people’s houses to rob items and property that can easily be sold for quick cash. Some of the juvenile delinquents have been arrested on several occasions and arraigned in court but have been acquitted due to lack of evidence.

To make matters worse the parents of these delinquents are lax and don’t want to discipline their children and it is widely believed that some of the parents connive with their kids to break into other people’s houses.
