The Uganda Police Force Director of Human Resource and Publicist AIGP Andrew Felix Kaweesi has been shot dead today Friday morning. Andrew Felix Kaweesi was gunned down while he was heading to work from his Kulambiro residence, a Kampala suburb. Kaweesi was shot dead along side his two body guards while he was heading to work. The assailants are on the run. He was shot dead just 100 meters from from his residence. The crime scene has been condoned off as investigations into the gruesome murder commence.
