Wakimusa Youth Centre Boss Esther Lugoolobi has faulted the police force for their continued sluggishness in apprehending criminals charged with defiling and raping teenage girls. Esther Lugoolobi who was speaking at the Day of the African Child commemorations held at the Kids Of Africa village school on Thursday noted that the police force has continuously failed to serve justice to criminals who have made it their business to defile and rape teenage girls in addition to ballooning and infecting them with the deadly HIV/AIDS Virus. She lambasted the police force for allowing the lumpens to walk scot-free from the police coolers and bob high on the streets after paying kick backs to have the files disappear mysteriuosly. She urged the police force to expedite the cases and hand tougher punishments to the criminals in addition to rotting in jail because many continue to prey on innocent school girls after walking out from the coolers.
