Musician Yung Mulo, real name Kassim Lubega, has dared fellow singer Alien Skin to face him in the ring for a boxing match instead of attacking innocent people on the streets.
Yung Mulo, during his interview with Spark TV, revealed that he was targeting artists who constantly cause chaos and intimidate civilians, inviting them to come up to him and express their anger in a fair fight. He bragged about his ability to go up against anyone, and he was confident that he would win.
It has become a norm for artists, especially those in the ghetto, to move around with gangs dubbed ‘Ggaali’. These are often used as a security measure and are willing to defend and attack anyone who may come for their icon. Yung Mulo revealed that he would easily get a gang of boys around him, but preferred to put the fight in the ring to avoid bloodshed.
“Instead of artists forming gangs and beating up innocent people on the streets, why don’t you pick up your gloves and get to the ring. You need to confront someone and express your anger to them. I can easily get to you with a gang, but I do not want to murder you. I prefer we play a fair game in the ring for them to announce the winner,” he said.
When asked which artist he preferred to go against first, Yung Mulo invited anyone who felt they could handle him.
“I will not mention any artist in particular, but I want those who are chaotic and prefer chaos to music. I know I can handle them, and I want them to present themselves. They keep scaring people and then running away. If you trust yourself, you have to stand and die, not be a coward. They are just jokers,” he said.
Yung Mulo further stated that he first invited Rickman for a boxing challenge, but he turned it down when he heard about the number of people he had won against. He then openly called up Alien Skin, with whom he says he has had issues for a long time.
“As for Alien Skin, he is a coward. He didn’t even respond to my invitations. Let’s face him in boxing, and I told him that. I have gangs, too, but I want us to face each other. Went through all his boys, and I know he got the message. I want us to set up a boxing match for the people not to take the fight to the street,” he said.
