    The Entebbe Municipality Member of Parliament Hon. Rose Tumusiime has called for compulsory vocational skills training in both Primary and Secondary Schools. Hon. Tumusiime who was speaking during the Entebbe Chang Sha Model Primary School speech day said that acquiring Vocational skills is the way to go for a country like Uganda that is working towards attaining a middle income status by 2020. She hailed Chang Sha School Head Mistress Robinah Nakamya and her staff for nurturing talent and inculcating different skills including Co-curricular activities in the school pupils. Hon. Tumusiime also promised to engage different authorities to enable the School deal with several challenges and issues including Lack of Staff Accommodation, inadequate Science and math teachers, high electricity and water bills and lack of school Kitchen

    Meanwhile Chang Sha Model Primary School Head Mistress Robinah Nakamya revealed a shocking report that the deadly Kifeesi criminal gang has found sanctuary in the School premises because it lacks a fence and to make matters worse people sneak into the Classrooms in the night and shaft themselves and thereafter litter the used Condoms in the School Compound. Chang Sha Model Primary School is a government owned School (UPE) with a total of 343 pupils and was constructed by Chinese Developmental Partners.
