The Labour Day Open gets under today at the nine hole palm valley Kakungulu golf course with 20 pros competing for a Shs 10 million prize kitty. 100 amateur golfers will be in action on Friday in the Uganda Breweries Sponsored event and several prizes have been lined up for the winners and runners up in the different categories.
“The tournament has attracted 100 players including some from the national team. We hope to have a good tournament” Palm Valley Club Pro Godfrey Mande confirmed.
