Aspiring Entebbe Municipality Member of Parliament Abubaker Walusimbi has warned NRM aspiring Member of Parliament Fabrice Rulinda to brace himself for a tough battle in the 2016 polls. Walusimbi who spoke to entebbenews in an interview scoffed at Rulinda whom he described as a man hoodwinking the electorate with cash and has no concrete ideas to solve some of the challenges they (electorates) are facing including unemployment.
“He has a few hooligans who are making a lot of noise for him but I would like to assure him not to start a war that he cannot win. Many of us have changed people’s lives and we haven’t made noise” Walusimbi warned.
“What investments does he have in Entebbe before he blows his own trumpet? Let people who matter in public talk” he asked.
He stressed: I’m not underestimating him but he should expect stiff competition.
Walusimbi who recently joined Elias Lukwago’s Platform Truth and Justice indicated that the pressure group is meant to add morale and vigour to the opposition’s struggle for change.
Walusimbi who is also the architect behind the Real Democrats pressure group in Entebbe will run as an independent candidate and is promising to serve the people equally regardless of their party and religious affiliation.
