Mourners converged at the Bugonga Catholic Church on Wednesday to pay their last respects to Late Entebbe Municipal Council Deputy Town Clerk David Kyambadde Mulyabitte who suddenly breathed his last on Tuesday evening at the International Hospital Kampala (IHK) where he had been bedridden for close to three weeks.
Town Clerk Charles Magumba described his fallen Deputy as a good public servant who was honest, upright and reliable while he executed his duties. Magumba who had worked with the deceased for just 8 months said that Entebbe Municipal council and the residents of Entebbe Municipality have lost an outstanding public servant who did his work with one heart.

“The Late David Kyambadde started working with Entebbe Municipal Council in 1999 and since then he has been serving Entebbe Municipal Council with one heart. In January he fell ill though it took us some time to detect that illness. Together with my colleagues at Entebbe Municipal Council we told him to go for a checkup at the International Hospital Kampala (IHK) because he had lost weight and wasn’t eating food. He was admitted at IHK and had been on dialysis till his death on Tuesday”, Magumba told the mourners.
Mayor Vincent Kayanja DePaul described the late David Kyambadde as an exemplary man who portrayed a good reputation and image of Public Servants. Hon. Rose Tumusiime described the Late David Kyambadde as a man of integrity who loved his Job.

His former Kings College Budo classmates (Budonians) who included celebrated Sports Commentator Aldrine Nsubuga revealed that they always looked up to David Kyambadde because he was a bright and clever chap in class.

Kyambadde who died aged 48 years old is survived by two kids Christopher Zziwa and Budeciane Nakabugo. He was laid to rest on Thursday in his ancestral home in Buwooya Village, Buikwe District.
