Entebbe International Airport Landlords and defending champions Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) cruised past Airport Taxi in the Entebbe Airport Stakeholders Football League on Thursday May 28. Fred Kadde’s goal in the 7th minute opened the score sheet for CAA who also dominated the entire the first half. CAA proved a better side over Airport Taxi after Moses Mugwanya added a second goal in the 37th minute with a long range shot taken from the right wing. Steven Sserubiri and Fred Kadde missed clear cut chances in the second half that would have otherwise doubled the lead for CAA. Airport Taxi’s Abdul Hussein proved a thorn in the flesh for CAA though most of his shots were saved by Goal keeper Noah Were while the rest were off target.
Airport Taxi’s Isaac Muhumuza missed a clear cut opportunity that would have given his side a consolation goal. Airport Taxi’s David Ntamba picked up a yellow card for a deliberate handball.
