Kumi Resident District Commissioner Matanda Hussein Kato has been arrested and detained at Entebbe police after conniving with Turkish national in Gold deal. The senior government officer was arrested from a hotel in Kampala earlier this week after conniving with one Mustafa Semith in a gold mining deal. The government officer used his office to front the foreign national into the mining deal using a defunct company with ‘faked’  documents  to trade  in Mubende district.
