Rose Mary Najjemba has warned Chinese contractors operating in the country not to do shoddy work in the construction of several roads under the USIMID – World bank partnership. It was pomp and glamour at the 17th Annual Nkumba University Graduation on Saturday. The colourful ceremony was organized at the university campus where 1,874 students were awarded with degress and diplomas in different academic disciplines by the University chancellor Prof. Gordon Wavamuno Kasibante.
