Entebbe High court has convicted Godfrey ‘Troy’ Wamala of manslaughter for his role in the death of music artist Moses Ssekibogo alias Mowzey Radio. In her judgment today afternoon, Justice Jane Francis Abodo noted that prosecution failed to prove to court beyond reasonable doubt that Wamala killed Mowzey. She, however, said that court conquers with the prosecution that the accused person participated in the brawl that ended the artist’s life. Edward Katumba, a salesperson dealing in vending tiles is feared kidnapped after he went missing from his residence in Namungona zone in Kampala district Family members say prior to his disappearance he first received threatening messages from unknown persons warning him against engaging in political riots involving opposition politicians. The family members claim that Katumba disappeared in May and since then he has never returned to his residence despite informing police about his disappearance.
