Buganda Kingdom is in a somber mood after Nnabaagereka Sylvia Nagginda’s Grandfather Nelson Edmond Ssebugwawo’s untimely death on Sunday. Ssebugwawo who has been a senior citizen in Nkumba off Entebbe Road passed on Sunday in nearby hospital and the cause of death is yet to be known.
