A city business woman identified as Betty Nabukeera a resident of Mawanyi village in Namulanda off Entebbe-Kampala high way is having lots of stress on her mind and cursing why she was born to suffer in the world. This follows after her residential house and wholesale grocery shop was burnt to ashes at around 3pm on Saturday. The stressed woman lost everything in her house and business after the deadly fire consumed everything including over shs 14.8m that she had hidden in a secret drawer. The business woman is now back to square one after losing everything she has worked for in her whole life. The desperate woman and her nine family members indicated that they heard a huge blast and in a few seconds the house was engulfed in flames. They have pointed fingers at four Umeme staff who where cutting a tree that had overgrown branches that had extended into two electricity wires. They revealed that as soon as the electricity wires sparked and fire broke out the Umeme staff abandoned their work and took off minus stopping the fire.
