Entebbe Club wrapped up the 2016 Golfing calendar on Saturday with the Annual Grand Mug of Mugs Golf Tournament that saw Pamela Tumusiime being crowned overall winner in the Ladies Category. Playing a total of 10 monthly mugs series, Pamela bagged a total of 760 Nett to be crowned 2016 overall Lady Winner. Alex Nkuyahaga bagged a total of 908 Nett from 12 Mugs series to be crowned 2016 Champion in the Men’s Category.

Playing Golf Handicap 26 Andrew Ankunda emerged winner of the December Monthly Mug with 69 Nett while Charles Mubiru clinched the 2016 Nkata Memorial trophy after he returned a total of 69 Nett. He won on count back
Peter Magona topped Group A with 82 Nett while Jude Ochieng and Jacob Byamukama topped Group B and C with 71 Nett and 78 Nett respectively.
Irene Nakalembe topped the Ladies category with 75 Nett while Techese Zergaber finished top in the senior’s category (55 and above).
The night was christened with performances from Gagamel Crew Boss Bebecool with fireworks lighting up the skies to bid farewell to 2016 and usher in the New Year.
