The Nakiwogo Primary School Headmistress, Rose Alipa is in trouble after fencing off the public access road located next to the school premises . This follows after the school boss was grilled to the bone marrow in a heated bloody meeting with residents and local authorities last week over the closure of pafula ssebavuma road that was fenced –off a couple of months ago and denied for public use. The school authorities fenced off the public road the residents and pedestrians have been using for the last 20years. The controversial road stretching to 2kms which has now sparked off a bitter row between the locals and school authorities was offered by the late Pafula Family from a church land to be used by both locals and residents. The residents have given the school authorities less than two weeks to remove the newly erected wire-meshed fence that was developed on the public road without taking into consideration the thousands of locals using it . The residents have already forwarded their complaint to the local authorities including Mayor Vincent Kayanja DePaul and the Division ‘B’ LC3 boss Stanley Namayirira Kapere. (By Entebbe News Media)
