Former state minister for Micro-finance Gen. Caleb Akandwanaho aka Salim Saleh has been missing on the social scene for the last couple of months. The senior Presidential advisor on military matters has been keeping a low profile at his Garuga posh crib in Entebbe.
The former top army officer bounced back a couple of weeks ago in a fresh style and donated a heavy woolen jacket to current Miss Uganda Leah Kalanguka at a special function organized at the Namulanda Market and attended by Finance Minister Maria Kiwanuka.
