Hon. Balaam Barugahara, the State Minister for Youth and Children Affairs, has announced that Pretty Nicole, a young woman who has been at the center of social media controversies, has reformed and is now focusing on her education.
Barely 18 years old, Pretty Nicole has been a topic of public debate over the years due to her involvement in contentious activities, including appearing in provocative videos and engaging in altercations.
Despite numerous attempts by family and friends to guide her, Nicole struggled to turn her life around, leading many to lose hope.
However, Hon. Balaam revealed that Nicole is now on the right path.
“Pretty Nicole is now reformed,” the minister stated during a press briefing on Tuesday.
“She approached me and expressed her struggle to pay tuition, and I assured her that I would personally cover her school fees for the next two terms.”
Stay Focused
Hon. Balaam also urged Nicole to remain focused on her studies, avoiding distractions such as men, drugs, alcohol, and indecent behavior, which he warned could lead to dire consequences, including early pregnancies, sexually transmitted diseases, and a loss of direction in life.
“Once she turns 18, Nicole will have the freedom to make her own decisions as a legal adult,” he noted.
“However, I encourage her to stay on the right path and prioritize her future.”
The minister extended his gratitude to those who have played a role in helping Nicole turn her life around, singling out her aunt for her unwavering support.
Expressing optimism about Nicole’s future, Hon. Balaam remarked, “If we continue in this direction, Nicole will achieve greatness.”
In a surprising announcement, Hon. Balaam disclosed that Pretty Nicole has been invited to Canada as part of a program designed to help young people who have faced challenges similar to hers.
The trip, he said, will allow Nicole to learn strategies for overcoming difficulties and support the Ministry of Youth and Children with these insights upon her return.
“This trip will be good for her development. It will teach her how to handle situations that can lead teens astray. These skills will not only benefit Nicole but also contribute to government initiatives for youth empowerment,” he explained.
Hon. Balaam declared himself Pretty Nicole’s “uncle” and warned any potential suitors to steer clear. “I will personally deal with any man or boy who tries to interfere with her progress—not as a minister but as her uncle,” he said firmly
