Renowned Gospel singer Levixone, real name Sam Lucas Lubyogo, has responded to negative comments regarding his upcoming collaboration with Swangz Avenue singer Winnie Nwagi.
Levixone and Winnie Nwagi are gearing up to release their collaboration dubbed ‘Number Moja’, and ahead of its official release, they teased fans with the song artwork, sparking mixed reactions.
Addressing members of the press, Levixone revealed that they had started planning for the song in 2017 but kept on postponing because they wanted to release something good.
He defined Winnie Nwagi as an amazing person and a personal friend, which made it easy for them to work together.
“We have so many things that bring us together, but this came as a surprise to many. Many people commented that they didn’t see it coming and kept questioning how I would make a song with Winnie Nwagi. I don’t know how people view her, but it is not the way I see her. I see her as a good person who loves God and was created by Him,” Levixone said.

Contrary to the perceptions that the public had against Nwagi, Levixone revealed that she loved God. He noted that it was an honor for him to be in a position to stand with her as she thanked God for what he had done in her life, and he is positive that the song will change people’s mindset.

Despite being judged by the world, Levixone revealed that it was always good to work with artists outside the gospel fraternity, as it is a means of showing others the way and fulfilling what the scriptures say.
“If a person comes to say they want to sing for God a song, it gives me so much hope. It shows that my ministry is positively impacting people. I welcome that so much, and we definitely work together,” Levixone said.
