Parents in Entebbe Municipality have been warned over a notorious gang of kids’ codenamed ‘Swagger Attackers” that has for the last couple of years been terrorizing Entebbe residents and giving them sleepless nights. The notorious group is made up of deadly kids who steal, rob and do all sorts of heinous crimes. Speaking during the Entebbe Municipality Development forum (MDF) that was held at Entebbe Municipal Council on Wednesday Mayor Kayanja and RDC Nalongo Rose Kirabira bashed parents over failing to tame and discipline their kids that have turned into a menace including painting a bad image for the town. RDC Kirabira revealed that some parents are encouraging their kids to join the notorious group. Mayor Kayanja called on the LCI Chairpersons together with the Police to publically expose and shame the Kids and their parents.
