National Water and Sewerage Co-operation Bosses last week on Friday proved that apart from reading water meters and connecting pipes, they booze passionately and can drink Nile Breweries dry if called upon. The beer thirsty fellas caused a booze shortage at the launch of Resail Program at the NWSC branch offices in Entebbe on Friday last week. The beer thirsty fellas didn’t spare any tribe of booze that crossed their eyes.
NWSC boss Dr. Silver Mugisha launched the program aimed at curbing water theft in Entebbe by giving an opportunity to clients to surrender all their illegal water connections in the next six months to avoid being arrested and paying heavy fines.
