Singer and politician Nina Roz, real name Nina Kankunda, has addressed rumors about dating comedian and singer Reign Omusoyisoyi.
Nina Roz and Reign have been seen in public together countless times, and recently, they had a joint photoshoot which further fueled speculation that they were secretly dating.
Nina, however, denied the allegations during a TV interview, insisting that they were just friends. Explaining their close relationship, Nina revealed that they have worked on several songs together and that both support the same party.
‘He is not a bad person, and I cannot say anything bad about him. We are entertainers, we are artists; I do not want people to take it the wrong way. Nothing is happening. What brings us together is that we all support the same party,” she said.
Addressing rumours that she had betrayed Shamim Malende, who is believed to be dating Reign, Nina revealed that social media was pushing her to lose her friendship, emphasizing that their relationship was only because they had music together.

“I can never do that. Do not paint me as a fake friend because I know social media people. I pray people use the media well. There is nothing going on. We just have a brand new song on our YouTube channel and I want everyone to stream it,” she said.
