Two last witnesses in the killing of Uganda’s music genius Moses Ssekibogo a.k.a Moze Radio in January 2018 have put court on tension to hunt for them after failing to give their testimonies.
The two last witnesses, Agnes Nakamwagi and Frantile Rwamusaayi, the Divisional Police Commander (DPC) of Katwe are hunted after snubbing high court in Entebbe. The duo were expected to appear before the high court judge Jane Francis Abodo to give their testimonies.
High court has issued criminal summons the police officer in the arrest of one Troy Wamala, the suspect behind the killing of fallen musician Moze Radio in a bar fight at the De bar in 2018. It is alleged that Wamala grabbed Radio and threw him to the floor before disappearing into air after injuring him on the skull.
Nine witnesses have given their testimonies before the high court towards the closure of the murder case including the bar owner George Egesa and others .
The deceased’s family is bitter with court proceedings and smelling a foul into the case of their son, Moses Ssekibogo. David Ebangit Washington, Pamela Musiimire pinned one Troy Wamala over the killing of Moze Radio. Case to heard this Friday ,27th September 2019 with the last witnesses to the case towards judgment.
