Ministry of Health has summoned the Entebbe Hospital Administration to explain the circumstances under which Rhino Funeral services placed their advertisement at the Hospital’s main Entrance. A staff working at Entebbe Hospital who spoke on condition of anonymity because he isn’t authorized to speak to the media, disclosed that Ministry Of Health has summoned them to explain their partnership with Rhino Funeral Services.
“It is true that Rhino Funeral Services placed their advertisement at the Hospital Main entrance at awkward hours after we had left the hospital in the evening, however we as the Hospital Administration did not authorize them and the advertisement was immediately removed. We regret the unfortunate incident. Rhino Funeral Services approached Entebbe Hospital with a view of managing the mortuary under the Private wing services. We were still scrutinizing their proposal when they stealthily placed their advertisement at the Hospital main entrance. We shall meet Ministry of Health officials who will guide us on the next course of action because what Rhino Funeral Services did is wrong and contravenes our mission of treating and saving lives”, a Staff who spoke on condition of anonymity told entebbenews.
For the last couple of days, an Entebbe Hospital sign post with Rhino Funeral Services has been circulating on Social media platforms. Entebbe Residents and the entire nation voiced their concern and condemned the action.
