Four diehard Museveni supporters in Kavundira Zone, Nkumba Parish Katabi Sub County are nursing serious paining injuries and wounds after a frustrated opposition supporter only identified as a one Ssali beat them like kids over playing and listening to Museveni’s ‘Tubonga Nawe’ campaign song. The wounded Museveni supporters who include Tadeo Kakooza, Gorretti Nassuna, Florence Nampijja and Prossie Nakatto all residents of Kavundira Zone, Nkumba Parish in Katabi Sub County were assaulted at around 11pm on Sunday by a one Ssali a diehard opposition supporter who found the poor fellas at a nearby Kafunda drinking joint busy listening to Museveni’s ‘Tubonga Nawe’ campaign song plus downing booze like crazy. The opposition supporter decided beat up the poor fellas plus biting them like a hungry bitter dog after he couldn’t stomach listening to Tubonga Nawe song. He later disappeared into thin air after he almost killed them. The matter was forwarded to Mpala Police Station as the culprit is being hunted down every where to answer for his heinous crimes. Vincent Lubega the Nkumba Parish NRM Chairman vowed to intensify security in the area after the incident and warned all residents in the area to work the police to identify wrong elements that are perpetrating violence. The victims are appealing to the President to come to their rescue over the matter.
