President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is a happy man ever since the NRM Party regained the Entebbe Municipality parliamentary seat after the February 18 polls. The NRM Party regained the parliamentary seat from the opposition after Rose Tumusiime caned twelve other candidates including DP’s Kakembo Michael Mbwatekamwa and FDC’s Gitta Alex. On Tuesday while officially commissioning the newly refurbished Entebbe General Hospital the NRM Party Chairman thanked Rose Tumusiime for her victory and warned all her haters to go hang. For the last ten years the NRM party has been operating from the gutters ever since Hon. Kawuma Mohammed caned Hon. David Byatike Matovu during the 2006 polls. The construction of the hospital was funded by the government of Uganda and the World Bank at approximately 7 million US Dollars under the Uganda Health Systems Strengthening Program.
