
Kampala Capital City Authority Executive Director Jennifer Musisi will grace the 4th Annual Uganda Wood Ball Awards that are scheduled to be held today Friday at the Grand Imperial Hotel starting 5pm. According to UWBF Administrator John Baptist Kateregga the awards are aimed at recognizing the excellent wood ball players and sponsors that have contributed greatly to the development of the sports. Other high profiled guests include Ndejje University Vice chancellor Prof. Eriabu Lugujjo and UWBF President Paul Mark Kayongo who was recently voted International Wood Ball Federation Vice President for Africa.

Atamba Onesmus won in 2012 and 2013; Adupa is the reigning MVP having won in 2014.

He added: The Ministry Of Education has given the federation authority to spread the game of Woodball in all schools in Kampala.
