The Minister of state for Industry and Technology Dr. James Shinyabulo Mutende is smiling from the heart after cracking a secret lucrative deal with medical doctors from Hungary to offer medical services in the country. The government officer received the first batch of African- Hungarian union doctors on Sunday at Entebbe International Airport.
The team of doctors is also expected to offer free medical services in several parts of the country including Mbale and Luweero where they are expected to construct a medical centre and hospital.
