Kadongo Kamu singer Gerald Kiweewa has clarified on the recent death of one of his baby mamas, making it known that they were no longer together.
Following news of Kiweewa’s baby mama’s death, netizens circulated a photo of injured Kiweewa in a wheelchair on stage, with a woman kneeling beside him, saying the lady in the picture was the one who had died.
Kiweewa, while speaking to journalists, clarified that the lady seen in the photo was his current wife at home. He noted that the deceased was his very first wife and mother of his firstborn son, and at the time of her death, they were not together.
He revealed that following their separation, the deceased had moved on and even had children with another man. They, however, stayed on good terms in that her children also referred to him as father.
Kiweewa further noted that the photo was mostly being circulated by TikTok users, accusing those responsible of using it to look for attention and likes on their pages.

“The one who died is the mother of my first children. I got her when I was just 17, and she was just 14 years old,” he said.
