Former Uganda People’s Defense Air force Chief of Staff, Brig Moses Rwakitarate is bobbing shoulders high after bouncing back on the political scene and repenting all his sins before the big man who fired him and put him on ‘katebe’ after the chopper saga. The government officer was kicked out of office with Jim Owoyesigire his former boss. He suspended and stopped partying like crazy till recently when God answered his prayers.
