
Two former Entebbe Masjid Taqwa Muslim leaders identified as Hajji Kassim Bukenya (Chairperson) and Twaha Sepembwa (Secretary General) are in trouble after High court in Naguru dismissed a law suit they had filed to have them to take over the Masjid Taqwa Mosque. The two crafty men were knifed from their positions and thrown out of the mosque after it was discovered that they were pocketing lots of dime from Muslim businesses including a washing bay and six kiosks located in Entebbe town that were reportedly paying shs 150,000 monthly rent in addition to forging a land title under their Masjid Taqwa Ltd company to stealthy take over the Muslim piece of land located along Portal road in Entebbe Town. The two crafty men run to court and filed a law suit against Matovu Edirisa who was elected chairman of the mosque, Juma Fahad (Vice Chairman), Sadik Mukasa (Secretary) and a one Kasamba Abdul Majid a member of the mosque. The foxy fellas made a lot of noise in court and pestered the court authorities to charge current Chairman Matovu Edirisa and his group with criminal trespass. Last week High court in Naguru dismissed the case and the two foxy fellas have been avoiding public places after they were ordered to pay costs amounting to Shs 60m incurred during the law suit. Highly placed sources have revealed that the two crafty men are having sleepless nights and are hiding to avoid being arrested.
