Uganda Clearing Industry and Forwarding Association (UCIFA) will host 2013 champions Entebbe Handling Services Limited (ENHAS) in the Entebbe Airport Stake holders football league 2015 Edition today Thursday at 5pm. UCIFA who are yet to win any league match lost to Lake Victoria Hotel (1-0) and Airport Taxi (1-0) in their two opening fixtures at the Airport football Grounds the venue for all the league matches.
Nine teams including 2012 and 2013 champions Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), Entebbe Handling Services Limited (ENHAS), UCIFA, Uganda Peoples Defence Airforces (UPDAF), Uganda Police (UPF), Special Forces Command (SFC), Lake Victoria Hotel, Protea Hotel and Airport Taxi are participating in this year’s edition and the champion will walk away with a trophy and other prizes. Das and fresh handling Limited, GSL and Uganda Inflight Services (New rest) pulled out of the league due to financial constraints.
“This is our fourth season and our aim is to enhance cooperation, skills and ideas among the different organizations operating at the Airport through sports” League patron and head organizing committee Edwards Mugyeni told entebbenews.
