Slylvia Kirabo, the estranged wife to the Entebbe Airport Clearing Boss identified as Khadaya Francis and her son Brian Khadaya are cursing life in Kigo Prisons after they were accused by Khadaya Francis of setting his store on fire located at his residence in Lyamutunde village, Mpala zone in Katabi Town Council early last year in 2017.
According to a reliable source, Khadaya Francis rushed to Entebbe Police Station and accused his estranged wife Kirabo Sylvia and his Son Brian Khadaya as the suspected culprits in the incident and the two were charged with Arson under Police Case file CRB 581/17. The reliable source also disclosed that Police visited the scene and discovered that no property was destroyed.
Since then, the two suspects have been reporting at Entebbe Police Station where they have been battling the arson charges however Francis Khadaya has failed to produce thorough evidence pinning them over the incident. Just three weeks ago, Kirabo Sylvia and Brian Khadaya who were still reporting at Entebbe Police Station where arrested on fresh Arson charges and taken to Entebbe Chief Magistrate court and remanded to Kigo Prison for two weeks.
Last week on Friday, the two suspects appeared before Chief Magistrate Mary Kaitesi Lukwago who again remanded them to Kigo Prison to Friday February 16, 2018 when they will be brought back to court.
However Entebbenews has since learnt that Khadaya Francis developed serious misunderstandings with his wedded wife Sylvia Kirabo in 2012 after he hooked up a new woman (side dish) identified as Patricia Kauma.
“When Francis Khadaya hooked up Patricia Kauma, he started mistreating his wife and eventually threw her out of their marital home and brought in the side dish Patricia Kauma. Kirabo Sylvia occupied one of the boys’ quarters but eventually left the home because she was feeling very uncomfortable and has been residing with one of her in-laws. Francis Khadaya became so insane and abandoned his children; he even stopped paying school fees for them. Though Khadaya Francis was legally married to Kirabo Sylvia, he fathered so many kids with different women and Kirabo Sylvia being a born again managed to stomach all that and looked after all the children”, a reliable source revealed.
The source revealed that Kirabo Sylvia discovered that Francis Khadaya was constructing a house in the village in Luwero District and that he wanted her to go and reside there. Two years ago according to a reliable source, Kirabo got help from FIDA and she successfully blocked Khadaya Francis from selling their marital home.
“Francis Khadaya got annoyed with Sylvia Kirabo after she got help from FIDA and successfully blocked him from selling their marital home. The whole fire incident at his residence was masterminded by him and his side dish to blame Kirabo Sylvia. And by the time the incident happened Kirabo Sylvia was no longer residing there. He is just framing Kirabo Sylvia. So many family meetings have sat to resolve the matter but nothing positive has come out of them”, revealed the source.
The source also disclosed that Khadaya Francis has used a lot of money to bribe Entebbe Court officials to jail Kirabo Sylvia and Brian Khadaya however Entebbenews cannot independently verify these claims.
