The Entebbe Municipal Umbrella For Development Association Top Boss, Marijan Isabirye is almost running nuts after Police in Entebbe grilled and ordered him to vomit over Thirty million Shillings (Shs30m) that President Museveni pledged and delivered to the Association while he was on the campaign trail. The Association top Boss was on Wednesday grilled to the bone marrow after he was pinned down over pocketing and misusing the Shs30m that he received on behalf of his colleagues. The community organization boss was grilled for several hours and squeezed by the throat to vomit the president’s campaign dime amounting to thirty million shillings(shs30M/=) he used to acquire tents and chairs. The money was wired and banked on the association’s account in Post bank where it was withdrawn from to buy several different items including a second hand used DMC generator which has sparked a bitter row amongst the committee members including the vice chairman Mugenyi Kitone, Nabusoba Annet (Treasurer) and the association patron Amon Reeves Muzoora to drag him to police and other local authorities. The Entebbe Resident District Commissioner Rosemary Kirabira a couple of months ago summoned the association head to refund the president’s dime or faces arrest after failing to give accountability for the president’s dime he pledged during his political campaigns in Entebbe.
