Dancehall singer Cindy Sanyu is grateful following Omega 256 succumbing to public pressure, allocating a 50-50 revenue split on their “See You Tonight” song collaboration.
Last week, Cindy expressed her disappointment after falling out with Omega over their collaboration royalty split and ownership.
Cindy emphasized that she sourced and paid the songwriter, recorded the song, and paid for the entire production process without Omega contributing a single penny.
To her disappointment, when Omega uploaded the song on her YouTube channel, she allocated herself 60%, leaving the dancehall star with only 40%.

Following the back and forth, Cindy has today given an update regarding the matter, revealing that Omega had finally done the right thing, sending her the 50% split sheet allocation.
“Before this, she had been getting her 60% and also the 40% which belonged to me according to our agreement. God is faithful.”
