A 31 year old man identified as Hashaka Abdul Malik was on Monday arrested and put behind bars at Entebbe Police Station after he chopped his babe identified as 23 year old Dora Asinde an employee of Brac Microfinance located in Abaita Ababiiri, Wakiso District and a first year Student at Kisubi University. The angry man chopped his babe several times all over her body after they developed serious misunderstandings in their relationship and love affair. The brutal fella stormed the Girl’s rented apartment located in Kawafu Village, Abaita Ababiri Zone in Katabi Town Council at around 7pm on Monday with a Panga hidden behind his back and locked himself and the girl inside the rented apartment and thereafter embarked on his evil plot.
Neighbors intervened after the girl screamed for help as the ruthless fella was finishing her off. The neighbors tipped off police that stormed the rented apartments and smoked out the heartless man with teargas and bullets. The poor girl was immediately rushed to Entebbe Grade ‘B’ Hospital oozing a lot of blood from her wounds. She received first Aid plus several stitches and was transferred to International Hospital Kampala (IHK) for further treatment.
Witnesses including neighbors revealed that the man who works with a butcher in Abaita Ababiri took matters in his own hands after he nabbed the babe on different occasions moving out with other men and yet he had been spending on her like crazy.
The Entebbe Police CIID Officer Zachariah Mbabazi confirmed the bloody incident and revealed that the matter is under investigations. He warned residents including couples over taking matters in their own hands.
