Resident District Commissioner Rose Kirabira has warned Boda Boda riders operating in Entebbe Municipality to zip up their whoppers or risk catching the deadly HIV/AIDS disease. Kirabira sounded the alarm after it emerged that the Boda Boda operators are spending their small savings to bonk prostitutes including school girls to quench their high ranging sex libido other than investing the money for their retirement and old age. She appealed to them to be faithful to their sexual partners or use condoms if they cannot tame their high sex libidos. Kirabira who was speaking at the Boda Boda operators forum held at the Entebbe Children’s park on Wednesday last week also urged them to obey traffic regulations and remain security conscious in the wake of terror attacks. She pledged to work with the Boda Boda operators to crack down on criminals who are masquerading as Boda Boda riders to commit crimes including theft and murder. She urged the courts to hand the criminals tougher punishments including serving longer jail terms in Kigo Prison.
