The FIFA grassroots football programme-popular among youths has finally found its footing in Uganda. The programme targets the youths- girls  and boys from the ages of 8 to 13 . Ugandan authorities have foiled a planned imminent attack by the Somali militant Islamist terror group al-Shabab, the U.S. Embassy in Uganda said Saturday.
