Andrew Baguma claimed victory at the August Golf Mug Tourney that was held at the par 71 Entebbe Golf Course on Saturday. Playing Golf Handicap 17, Baguma returned a total of 71 Nett to emerge winner of the Castle Lite sponsored tournament beating Denis Onyango on count back that finished as Group A Winner. Herbert Mwetemba and Mubiru Joseph topped Group B and C with 73 and 74 Nett while Rita Apell Akot won the Ladies Category with 70 Nett. She beat Irene Nakalembe on Count back who finished as Runners up.
Kasozi Kazenga won the seniors category (55years and above) with 75 Nett while seasoned lady Golfer Eva Magala emerged guest winner with 72 Nett.
Meanwhile the newly redesigned 6 holes 19th hole hosted the inaugural putting challenge which Edward Kabuchu won with a total of 13 putts. Marvin Kagoro finished as Runners up with 14 putts. He beat Eva Magala on Count Back who finished as first runners up.
