Entebbe Municipality Deputy RDC Rose Kirabira has been cracking down on all government officers for the last couple of months who are deliberately failing her Boss President Yoweri Museveni in the wealth creation and poverty eradication campaign. The bulky woman has been roasting government officers including community Development officers who have failed to monitor government programs and account for the youth livelihood funds. The 2in1 woman roasted Entebbe Municipality Community Development Officer a one Douglas Muwonge a few months ago at a community Baraza that was held at the Kiwafu Play Ground. The poor man saw ‘stars’ after he was grilled and tasked to explain why there weren’t projects on the ground and yet government had released the youths livelihood funds.
The no nonsense woman also put the Entebbe Municipality Deputy Mayor Simon Kimanye in a frying pan at a Baraza forum that was held in Kigungu and fried him with no mercy after the villagers accused him and the municipal council of selling off Kigungu Primary School land to a statehouse official David Lukwago. The residents also pinned the Deputy Mayor over Kigungu fishing Site that they claim he and municipal council allegedly sold to a one Zaake Muwonge. The silent man lost his cool over the matter and almost exchanged blows with the RDC who demanded him to give an explanation. He later stormed out of the Baraza forum with his files and note books after he failed to stomach and swallow his anger.
