Angry residents of Manyango ward on Monday raided the Deputy Resident Commissioner Rose Kirabira’s office over Entebbe Municipal Council Town clerk Dan Fred Lutaaya. The residents stormed the RDC’s office at 7am demanding for the Town clerk’s sacking after he ordered for their eviction to create a road passing through their plots of land.
The government officer on Saturday briefed angry residents in a heated meeting that ended prematurely. The residents lynched him in the meeting over playing foul games on their pieces of land before compensating them
The residents walked away from the meeting shaking their heads like lizards after the Town clerk briefed them over municipal council’s development on their plots of land. The residents are now waiting for the RDC’s intervention and action.
