Celebrated Ugandan artist Azawi surprises fans with “Talking Stage,” a heartfelt track released today on streaming platforms, without prior teasers.
The release hints at a deeply personal project: a long-promised collection of unreleased songs shared directly from Azawi’s musical archives.
“I document my emotions in music. I’ve over 200 song-journals unreleased. I’ll drop them randomly — pain, love, groove, or vibes?”
The song explores love’s uncertain phase — between flirtation and commitment — where emotions grow but relationship clarity gradually disappears.
This release showcases Azawi’s signature storytelling, but with an added layer of raw vulnerability and intimate, relatable human experiences.
These unreleased songs, including “Talking Stage,” reconnect Azawi with loyal listeners, offering honesty and deep emotion from her archives.
